I ordered an Acekard 2i from Priceangels last week (March 23, 2010).

1. How long does it usually take for it to arrive?
2. Is it a legit site?

I have a friend who ordered off them. The acekard he got from was legit although it lacked a sticker. It took three weeks to arrive I believe.
