So, I found a Mario Kart 8 mod and wanted to ask if I can use it online without getting banned.
The mod contains a .bfres, .byaml and .kcl (Icy Thwomp Ruins)

Yo, you will be probably banned, kcl = collision stuff (changing values can make the whole track -> turbo) so yeah that's not fair ...

As far as I know the .kcl turns the road snowy.
What about the others? Can I play with them online?

If it is just some minor changes such as snow, or something that doesn't really affect the gameplay, you should be safe ^^
