whenever i go onto emunand my cias are unwrapped. i unwrap them but when i turn my 3ds off and go back on emunand they are unwrapped again. just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this

unlinking Sysnand and Emunand will solve this (google is your friend)

Your emunand and sysand share the same directory so bad stuff happens.

Just *reformat the emunand to create it's own folder but backup your Nintendo 3ds folder first.

*And take the sdmc out of the system while the actual reformatting is in progress to avoid the sysnand folder being erased.

any reason apart from the presents that id want to unlink them cause if thats the only reason i ceebs

games disappear, stop working. random corruption in general.
the effects are worse depending on how far the firmwares are apart.
4.5 + 9.9 + linked = hell.

If it's new3ds i wouldn't even bother with emunand but that's just me.

Install the games on both the sysnand and emunand and the glitch will go away. No need to unlink

From what I've heard, you can play out of region games online. However, I think you can't do local multiplayer.

I've never unlinked my NANDs for probably close to two years now in my 4.4 O3DS, anywhere from 7.x all the way upto 9.9 in my emuNAND and I've never had any problems except for unwrapping CIA games (I only ever install the 1 game I'm playing at that current time) so it's never a drama because the selection cursor jumps straight to my CIA I'm about to play

Because it only goes up to 9.5 and sysnand is already at least 9.0

the cia game you installed is not Region Free and not the same region as your console, install a region free cia version will solve the that problem, no need to unlink anything

This thread here will answer all your questions.

Legit CIA can be launched from sysNAND without any CFW. But you need a method to install them initially which involves some sort of a hack.

I am a Gateway user and rarely deal with CIA files. I also do not play online. Maybe a handful of times for pokemon trading, but that's about it. Can't help you there I'm afraid.

It sounds like BS to me, I've never had any issues other than gift wrapping
either, and I actually had less issues with 4.3 sysNAND + 9.2 emuNAND than with 9.0 sysNAND + 9.5 emuNAND, when I had 4.3 my CIAs didn't even show up in sysNAND so the gift wrapping issue did not occur at all.
Games will only be deleted if you enter data management in sysNAND.

You probably don't have the latest update. I've played online with the .3ds version of the ROM.
