Hacking Pressing "Wii Menu"

As soon as I finished hacking my Wii, I was off of it for a few days.
I was playing Guitar Hero 5 and when I hit "Wii Menu" (when it shows up after pressing Home on Wiimote), it takes me back to the health and safety screen.

Is this normal?

Yes it's normal. BTW I'm getting a PS3 for christmas also :3. We should play

u must have priiloader or preloader installed

launch it, and go to the settings, and tell it to return to the system menu

or you can enable system menu hacks (with priiloader or startpatch), to skip that intro screen
