Hacking Preloader update frooze

so my wii was blinking (blue)....i think it is that today an update showed up in preloader.....so i went to it, it's beenon "downloading changelog" for close to an hour.....the blue disc light s solid the whole time.......



so what now please....I'm kinda afraid to shut it down
