Hacking Preloader 0.30 is out

Update online with preloader 0.29

It doesn't have an online update available. I don't know whaer you expect to find it...... Do you have to update with the new system menu already installed because on 4.1 it's not doing jack.

huh was the update via the preloader online update working earlier? if it was then it seems that the update was taken down completely. Strange I've been letting preloader sit for awhile.

tj cool released .30 and crediar pulled it

no explanation, aside from i think that he will be changing the title ID that it loads for HBC to JODI and presumably a few other tweaks such as patching IOS70 instead of 60 on install.

It seems to me, If you leave your preloader 0.29 on the settings page, you may get the 0.3 update.
That will only work on the earlier HBC version 1.0.4, as the new HBC 1.0.5 has the id changed from HAXX to JODI.
There is a mismatch there, 1.0.5 can't use 0.3 wrong id,
4.2 needs 1.0.5 can't use 0.3 wrong id
4.2 can't use 0.29 as this is removed.

pre 4.2 and 1.0.5 should be able to use 0.3, restricted hacks.

Does that make sense

You could update to 0.30 when you turn on the preloader option "beta updates" or so in preloader settings... IF 0.30 comes out....

there is an unofficial revision of .29 that someone changed the titleID for HBC to JODI so it works again

Would a mod please lock this thread. Every time it gets bumped to the top, it confuses newbies because .30 NEVER WAS released. TJ-Cool just edited the wiki but there was never a download (and the preloader update function never did anything but download and display something like a what's new for .30.

The most useful post in this thread is right above mine THANK YOU phpgeek! So this really needs to get locked.
