Hacking Preloader 0.27 Not working...

Sorry for the NOOB Topic title but for some reason preloader just does NOT want to work.

Is there anything that you must install before you try to load it?

I am on 3.2E with starfall hacks installed. That's it.

It loads up the black screen gives me the info... I type in the code (Home A Right Down Left Up plus minus) and nothing happens...

I have the hacks files on the root of my memstick

To everyone earlier who helped me downgrade i REALLY appreciate your help I upgraded with the mario kart disc in the end.... all worked out fine

also if it doesnt work right off the bat...enter the code in a few times...i had to enter it 3x in a row today to install...dunno why it doest that sometimes...and other times takes the code first thing.

lol... I APOLOGIZE. I've just been in a huge rush today to get everything done before I go away for the weekend. Now I know that's no excuse for making 3 threads but...but...
