That's questionable. The dev "only" shows up every now and then. He did an amazing job but is then away for months always again.it will be aa release soon

Yes i found it also very slow. I have to understand wherr is the issue. I dont think is into the ftplib but i think is inside mpv (ffmpeg part) the way it looks at the stream. Ftp is not a seekable protocol and i belive ffmpeg want to look too far to understand stream. Probably (i have to test it) a conf file for mpv can mitigate tis issue. If i came up with a solution i’ll post hereThanks for your fork & effort.
We tested your fork with the kids, but the FTP is unusable slow, like the original Pplay 3.5. The last good & fast FTP is Pplay 2.1, but it needs to recompile, because latest Atmosphere.
