Hardware Power OFF Switch software method but power button HS

Hey there,

Got that switch from a kid: console spent an hour under rain waiting a mouth...
No take apart, no cleaning (except rice...) since.

I put it on my dock all night long screen shine up! On morning, my inverter beep beep. Inverter stops when undock the switch.

Console went ON fine !
All ok except power button.

Only way to wake the Switch is to put on/off cartridge

My question is :
How can i switch off without take apart battery ?

...will try to unoxidize that but can't dissamble now and i want to switch off that switch if i could

Software-based? Not sure if it's possible. The only way to turn off the system besides the power button as of now though is by removing a microSD card already inserted into the system. So you can use that. Note that the card and any data on the card may become damaged/corrupted.

Thank you Aykay for ya help, but it did not work for me, console stay on. As putting a game cartridge, putting on an SD can only wake the Switch here. She's on 5.0.1

Anyway i'm disconnecting that battery and she'll finally went power off !
