Hacking power light black when wii is off

just wondering if theres any fix but ive had my wii softmodded for a long time now ...and everything was fine ...just that today i turned on wii connect 24 and then turned it off again ..since then when my wii powers off the power light blinks to red then completely off ..black...
do anyone else have this problen or a fix ......its just annoying not to see my red light...
when i power it on ..everything works normal and light is green


any help appreciated

The red led probably has a loose connection.

dont seem to be any hardware failure ..each and every time it powers down it blinks red one time then off too black

have you tried unplugging the power brick from the wall and the wii and let it sit for a few minutes?

Is mine the only 1 that's yellow when I switch it off. Perhaps there is a loose connection internally.

thanks for the help .. but it came back on after i unplugged the usb devices and reconnected and hard resetted a few times ...
dunno what sequence solved it but its back thats the main thing

I wouldn't say that. The Wiis leds (power or drive slot) can easily break without effecting a complete hardware failure. A friend of mine has been playing on a Wii with a broken drive slot led for two years and his Wii still works.
