Well, I'll try running it through IOS249 by a forwarder. I'll try getting it going tonight (make a forwarder and compile it and install it) and I'll let you know what happens.

postLoader 3.55.0 (r24) dol only [test version]

* In game mode, d-pad [UP] will switch WII/GC(DML) mode (also [HOME]->Game options->Switch Wii/GC(DML) mode)
* now dml video mode (pal/ntsc) must be configured from game menu' (press on a game)

Just a question,where/how does postloader check for updates, because mine always saying there is no newer versions. But I know there is. Atleast on googlecode?
And a suggestion that you could clean some text info out of the GUI/INTERFACE/LAYOUT (maybe some nice icons instead or something), or put it in the about box instead, it's a lot nicer with a cleaner GUI/INTERFACE/LAYOUT, and maybe you also should load the game titles for the USB games from "the" title.txt because right now if you sort alphabetic the order is f*cked*p :P

I'm having the same issue, but I think the updater only looks for official releases, not ones with small bugfixes and enhancements.

Would it make sense to have the GC games view as another view in its own right (so we now have four views: channels, homebrew, wii games, gc games) instead of pressing 'up' when in games mode?

You could merely skip a view if it has no items when you cycle to it (so if you have no GC games then that view isn't shown which keeps the look and feel as it is for non DML users). Alternatively have option to define which views can be switched or cycled into. This way you could deselect the gc view if you have no GC items, deselect the homebrew view if you don't want the kids able to launch hb etc. Just a thought.

It will switch with [1]. The capability of selecting the view is interesting. But I think that the only one that someone want to hide will be just homebrew mode.

The online update will not update. Basically becouse I need to change the way it works so I'm not updating the server more. The best way to update is to send the update via wiiload and will perform the update without removing the sd or the usb device. The file sended must be named exactely "postloader.dol" (boot.dol will not perform the update).

hellboy, are you working in 4:3 aspect ratio ? Postloader is not "thinked" for 4:3 resolution....

iceice, icon will came... but now I need to focus on functionality.

yea i know is just
i am too lazy to go to settings to changed. :D
That's what Settings Editor GUI is for. :P

A huge thank you for this very usefull app which already combines many different functions of many different programs. Also having wbfs support is good, but I always wondered if it would be possible to make PostLoader, while in real nand, forward to Wii games stored in .iso format in combination with configurable usb loader. I know that there is a way to build channels with a .dol file inside to load a single specific game, so maybe this could be implemented somehow (maybe postloader could somehow send the game id of the game which the user choose as a parameter to the cfg loader so cfg could look for the game with that game ID on the usb drive and then boot the game? Sorry if this sounds confusing but I can't explain it better.)

Like if I hit up on the d-pad it will always goto Games, down might goto Channels, left might goto GC games, right might goto homebrew
