I'll see if this fixed the screensaver issue. :P

Yeah, the screensaver issue seems to be fixed. I'll remove my little 'hacks' I added to see if the extra opening of menus was fixed too(but not submit yet).

..Yup, that fixed the extra menus opening too(as long as you don't hold B down forever; if you just tap it to quit, it goes back as it should, without opening the menu).

I'll submit the browser.c files without making a new version, since there's no behaviour difference right now. Just code tidying. Done.

Suddenly I'm having issues booting neek2o now. Priibooter keeps moving my pl_us nand into some folder called backup with a whole bunch of numbers, and it keeps moving ticket/title/shared2/etc. to the root of my USB drive, where I DON'T want it, rendering neek2o unable to boot, it seems like. Any idea what's going on? It's getting really frustrating.

Any idea about this, stfour? That's really the only issue I'm still having with pL at the moment.

Hi stfour,

I've got a feature request for if you have time. Sometimes when launching Wiiware and disc backups under CIOS I seem to corrupt my UID.SYS file. Strange entries are created with nonsense titles which don't match anything in my NAND (the titles are not always even alpha characters either - sometimes they have very strange characters). I'm guessing that this is a problem with the CIOS (d2x v8 final) rather than the loader.

Once a couple of these 'corrupt' entries are in my UID.SYS then sometimes when games try to access the NAND for saved game data it will fails and games no longer launch. I can fix this situation by using the UIDmanager.jar that nano351 wrote and selecting the option 'clean'. This removes any UID.SYS entries that aren't found in the NAND.

Would it be possible to add such a 'Clean UID.SYS' option to postloader (remove entries in UID.SYS which aren't found in emu NAND)? It would complement your UID.SYS management function nicely. It would also mean that if people get this issue with a corrupted UID.SYS (which I know also happens to a couple of my friends) then you could simply just do the clean right there in postloader instead of having to plug your drive into a PC and remove the gibberish entries via Java app.

lol Pacman, I know, I know...

I have all the required roms and it still crash dumps on me?

Even in the homebrew channel, though I never run my apps or games from there. So I can't confirm if it ever worked from there.

I tried your debug from a while ago and it also crash dumps. I can't think of why all of sudden it's crashing. I had it working, oh... about 5 builds ago. I'll go back and try there.

Hi stfour,

Yes, I will add.

In meanwhile, if it happens again, can you send me one of your corrupted uid.sys ? ;)

(it sound strange that d2x can corrupt uid.sys. Normally are loaders to updates it, not cios)

yes they work but exit doesn't work it's either black screen or code dump or SM.

Please, try this forwarder channel

http://code.google.c...lforwarder5.wad
Same same, thanks anyway
I also tried to rescan devices, delete stub and save it again but no go.
If you want I can post a log :)

This is the dump when you exit any homebrew ?

But does they works as should when you use any other loader ?

I don't think that it can help, but please, take a log ;)

ok, small enhancement request for sometime down the road (or never, lol). Would it ever be possible to use gametdb to see description of game when you click on a cover. So you could have a window pop up with cover and game description? Just a thought, would be neat but not necessary.
