Now this is possible, however I don't know where to find the values at, and JGeckoU doesn't let me do large searches (not to mention I'd only have about 10 minutes to find it, and don't want to get banned for all the DC's.-Anti penalty
Unfortunately, this is impossible. I've contacted the Nintendo staff before and they're the gatekeepers on this. FG "Banland" Hell is server-side, and there's nothing you can do to combat it. From a gameplay perspective, you'd still be accessing the exact same values, it would just refer to a different server.-Anti FG Hell

This one may be beyond my scope, it would require tracking to see who activated it at the very least, and beyond that I am unsure if it would sync at all. Making player-specific hacks that cap your percent at 0 should be easy enough, but it may desync regardless.-Invincibility
I don't believe Oil Panic is possible solely due to the fact that it's such a complicated move and would surely desync online. If moveset values are stored in the memory viewer it should be hypothetically possible to make G&W's patties self-damaging and absorbable, but that would instantly desync you. 9 could be approached through similar means but the result would be the same.-Endless Oil Panic and Judge 9s.

I might actually look into some of these things, I would've never thought about some (like Invincibility) and it sounds impressive. I say we assemble a team of coders to investigate this and attempt implementation. The Sm4sh Hacking scene is currently small and scattered, when there's no reason for it to be, since Ultimate's coming out and the Wii U's dead, there's no reason not to pursue this. One thing to note is that Sm4sh is much more stubborn than games like Mario Kart are. If we make even one wrong step, it could lead to a DC or even a 2-weeker. Regardless, I'll really consider this and see what I can do
