Heh, I added the backlight codes to the "patched for SCminiSD" version of the DS Opera Browser (Euro)

I actually ran into a situation where I needed to up the brightness one day while using it, so I added it.

' i think someone needs to put rayder's cheat dat on the downloads section to stop all the - (new people) from downloading old codes.

I was thinking about that, but it takes awhile to go live and sometimes (most times) the file is updated multiple times in a day. Adding it to the "downloads" section would be fine with me if it would be live immediately, otherwise peeps WOULD be downloading old codes that were a couple of revisions old all the time.


Is there an option in the downloads section to host the file myself, but show up there?

(goes to investigate that....)

is there any way to find out what the cheats means if i'm playing a japanese game and the cheats appears as ' ??? ??? ?? '


also i tried to add this code for

Max/Infinite Ruppes
0227B614 0098967F

but the Cheat button doesn't appear.

i think i have did everything instructed.

Firstly, i 'Open cheat database', next 'Add Game', then 'Get gameID from ROM' which is 'ACHP 640626fe'
Then i 'Add Code' and type in the 'Cheat Name' then put the 'Cheat Data' '0227B614 0098967F' and lastly click 'Update Code'

Lastly i save the usrcheat.dat and placed in _system_ folder

Loaded it onto my R4 but no cheat button came out for the game

It would be possible if codejunkies actually listed all of the Japanese codes on their site, but sadly they don't. I even installed east asian language files and the ar ds code manager still lists most of the Japanese games with question marks.

What version of the R4 loader are you using? Try using a blank cheat.dat file.

thanks it works now, didn't know that the cheat.dat meant so much. haha

anyway wad happens if i used a blank and an existing?

The loader is supposed to be able to use both the cheat.dat and usrcheat.dat files side by side. I find it better to either use a blank cheat.dat and put all the codes in the usrcheat.dat. Or, just encrypt the usrcheat.dat and rename it to cheat.dat and use it by itself.

anyone find a solution to ACWW freezing up yet? i'd like to use the never get mr. resetti code for my son, since he forgets to save sometimes. takes a lot of the fun out of it for him.

Also added a 999 lives code to Nanostray (USA)


Remember, I didn't make 'em, I just add 'em to the dat as i spot them.

I didnt know what a ds phat was until aout 3 days ago...

I thought that 'ds phat backlight codes' meant that they were really good or something...

Ive always called it the ds original.

Yeah, that's a stupid name!! I HATE it!!!!

The name for it is always Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Original!!!


Rayder: Using the new Code Editor?

I only use the new editor to alphabetize the list. The font in that new one is horrible. It doesn't look anything like the pics in that one thread about it to me.

Is there anything you need to do for the tingle "infinite rupees" code to work? It's checked, in combat, bribes, and so on, I still lose mah munny! The backlight code works, though.

I changed the code for the rupees to the one from CodeJunkie's. Let me know if that works. I don't play Tingle, so I wouldn't know.

EDIT: I figured out the stupid font issue. I had to remove the font called Krystoid (True Type) and now the editor looks normal. Yay!

For Rune Factory Harvest Moon DS is there a cheat that could make items go back to 1? cause i got 9 axes that you can't sell, and it's annoying me. If i take them apart, then I'll lose 8 spaces to the same axe. btw its the lumber one that you can upgrade so i cant sell it...

LOL same happened to me i just learned from that and just put them in the cabinet

so is there a way to make a cheat that just limits the items to 1? cause i dun want to waste any space in the cabinet since i use them for forging items.
