I don't think spending 70 bucks on 8GB of RAM is worth. Spend around 40-50 USD on 8GB of RAM and if I were you I would try to get 1x8GB stick instead of a 2x4gb as you will be able to upgrade to 16GB of RAM after upgrading.

You could spend 70 bucks on a 2x8GB and get 16GB

I've modified your build a bit to a cheaper build and more ability to expand and modify:

RX 480 by XFX with 2 fans tends to run on cooler temperatures than the 1 cooler models of the RX 480s.

-edit-
If you've already ordered some of the parts that I've modified that's fine too just telling you that my modifications were better than what it was but the before is also fine.

oh, you changed to an rx 480? in that case, get the 8 gb model. it's going to keep up way longer, and doesn't cost much more.

I changed to an RX470. Here is my build. I already purchased some of the parts.

I can always upgrade later, and I just want to get a decent build going.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 16GB G-Skill DDR3-1600
GPU: Radeon RX 480 8GB GDDR5 @ 1325/2100
Motherboard: Asrock H97 Performance
HDD: 240GB SSD + 3TB HDD + 500GB HDD

I regret getting that specific CPU because it has a locked multiplier, so I cannot clock higher than 3.4GHz despite having a decent aftermarker cooler. So, it runs at around 29C. I have got a moderate overclock on the RX 480 however. Due to my resolution being only 1360x768 as it is connected to the living room TV, I get locked 60fps on everything maxxed at native resolution. I may look into an unlocked CPU eventually.
