Mainly I use my Macbook Air, and my specs are in my sig.

But I'll post my bro's desktop (because he lets me use it for gaming):
i7 980X 6-Core CPU, overclocked to 4.2GHz
ASUS Rampage III Extreme mobo
Corsair H70 Liquid Cooling
8GB DDR3 Corsair Gaming RAM, overclocked
2x SLI Nvidia GTX 460 GDDR5 768MB (this is bottlenecking his PC, he might upgrade it on Boxing Day or something)
2x 60GB Corsair Force series SATAII SSDs in RAID
1x 500GB Western Digital SATAII HDD
2x 2TB Western Digital MyBook Essential external USB3.0 desktop HDDs
D-Link Xtreme N wireless networking adapter
Silverstone Raven RV01 Gaming Case
3x Samsung SyncMaster E2220 1080p LCD monitors
Razer Anansi mechanical MMO keyboard (he doesn't like mechanical keyboards, but he spilled liquids on his Lycosa)
Alienware TactX gaming mouse
Xbox 360 Wireless controller receiver for PC (because for some reason he doesn't like gaming on KB/M unless it's WoW, and also because I bought a 360 steering wheel a couple years ago)
Beats 'solo' on-ear headphones for music, Tritton AX720s for gaming
some cheap 5.1 Altec-Lansing speakers (they were on clearance) for playing it loud

:P

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

They went all in on streaming, should have been more of a hybrid approach

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.

I live maybe 3 minutes from a Dairy Queen, so I would just go there for ice cream anything anyways. I usually get the Oreo Blizzard, or a Peanut Buster Parfait.
