Nothing wrong with modern AMD drivers, at least for single card use. Bad/unstable drivers for AMD hasn't been true for a long time. People are just quick to forgot when Nvidia have an issue or blame it somewhere else (game, bad install, allignment of planets, anything other than nvidia messed up).

Yeah, like everyone is saying wait for the 480 and if it turns out that it's not all that great then go for the 1070.

Also are you planing on over clocking your CPU? If not then you should go with the 6600 over the 6600k to cut costs.
