It's funny because I've been working in my Lucid Dreams for over a year now, if not more.
PS: Unless time has logoc in dreams, it doesn't feel like 8 hours, feels longer, because either clocks stops working or resets time.

Idk if it's always true, but I read a thing recently that said if your mind keeps thinking thoughts when you're trying to go to sleep, then your tongue is probably pressed up against the roof of your mouth, and if you can rest it down behind your lower teeth instead then it will ease off whatever is triggering all the thinking. Might be at least some degree of bullshit, but I'm gonna try to remember to test it.
