Just saw a breaking news here on news channel (top picture). It was about Minister of Health and Social Services, Lionel Carmant, and his "brilliant" idea to open a supervised center for drug consumption (crack, heroin, etc.) right next to an elemantary school
I don't know why, but it immediatly made me think of this (bottom picture)
