What happens when you try to link sysNAND? Same? If you don't find a solution, you can call Nintendo and get them to manually unlink your NNID from wherever it's linked and link it back to your system (you'll just have to tell them your console's serial).
I just got off the phone with Nintendo and gave them the serial number to the system that the ID was tied to and they said it will take 1-2 business days to get processed. Why the fuck couldnt they have made a reset via email verification like any other normal company in the world? Sorry but that pisses me off that I have to get intervention with Nintendo instead of being able to fix this on my own.

P.S. my serial sticker is getting all peeled off and nearly falling off. Aside from putting clear tape over it is there any sort of replacement I could use to get it exactly like this one? I dont know if a label maker would suffice and I don't know how I would get the barcode part onto the label maker.

I think (not sure) that your SecureInfo_A file has the console serial in it.

I'll be sure to remember that if I ever truly lose the sticker, but what can I do in regards to replacing it. Are there label makers that can get the barcode part with the numbers and in the right font? I want to get it as close to the original as possible. I know theres also a barcode in the battery cover part but I still want it to be viewable without having to open it up.

There is an exact copy of the serial number sticker under the console's battery cover.

(It looks about the same on all 3DS models, not sure about 2DS

yes I understand that, but I want to replace it with a brand new one cause the original one is getting bent and losing its sticky. I'm not looking for alternatives and I understand theres already ways to see the S/N, just want a replacement please.

Either write the serial number on paper, laminate the paper, and glue it to the 3DS; or carefully take the back one off and re-laminate it.
Mod Podge is your friend.
