Hacking possible to have modded injected GBA games?

im looking at playing pokemon ruby and sapphire .
but i cant be bothered to play them normal. is it even possible to play a modded version or to mod them my self and play them on the wii u?

not totally sure. i see people have uploaded the games from the vc and you can inject them into the wii u. just wanted to see if you is possible to mod them

Sure, just make or download your patched rom AND look up GBA2VC, use it AND voila! Except, of THE rom mods THE save format (some might, some might NOT,it depends on the level of THE changes) But Pretty much any rom up to 32 mb should work fine (if the save file isn't weird)
