ROM Hack Possible to edit Festival Plaza in Pokemon Sun/Moon?

Hey, guys! Quick question... So I've been playing around with my Pokemon Moon again since Ultra Sun & Moon are almost here. And I was wondering if there was any way via save editor or w/e to modify your Festival Plaza? As far as I know PKHex only allows you edit how many FC you have (does this affect how many you have for ranking up, or just how much you can spend?).

Thanks! I already have a nearly maxed out Plaza, but I'm feeling too lazy to save scum over and over just to get specific facilities like the 5-Star Dye Shops. lol So I hope this is possible.

Ok so I found it's possible to hex edit the save to modify your shops and stuff. If there's another way, let me know! Otherwise, I guess this solved itself.
