Hardware My 3ds crashes when i play certain games on it and i like to know how to fix it if possible.

When I play certain games on my 3ds it crashes often. but so far only a few games like super pokemon mystery dungeon when there is a scene transition. Puzzle & Dragons Z + Super Mario Bros. Edition randomly, which I got today, and pokemon ultra sun when I have all 6 pokemon. I read that turning off wifi helps but it just delays the crash.

I played other games on it which it seem to work fine like monster hunter 3 and 4, any ds game works just fine without crashing

also i hope this is the right place to post this since this is my first post and never posted many things online before. thank you for your time

do you have cfw? Are you playing on a physical cartridge or is the game installed?

sorry about the delayed response, it was a physical cartridge but decided it was best to return puzzles and dragon since it did the same thing on another 3ds, but for some reason, the issue with pokemon mystery dungeon was resolved it seems the contacts were dirty. I seemed to panic by accident and no it modded. I thank you for your reply

use the corrupted cartridge fixer on it if the issue recurs

sorry about the late reply and i made a mistake with my last reply my 3ds is not modded i meant and not sure what that is
