Hacking Possible to change region with CFW?

Is it possible to flash a different region's firmware on a Wii U after hacking like it is on the 3DS via CTR transfer? Or maybe having a different region RedNAND?

I have a Japanese model and would like to have the system UI in English, as well as not messing around too much to get my US games working properly.
