Grrr. i so badly want to play but it's taking forever just to do 1% of the decryption (on 14% now, first 12% were quick). Maybe playing it at the same time as the rest of Europe was too good of an idea...

Yh, weird it almost stopped though... so far the game's great, i'm half way through chapter 4 but i usually take my time in games, finding all the secrets on my first play.

Perhaps the original number was (approx) how many have brought the game & the number we've got now is how many have actually PLAYED the game

I'm stuck in work, so won't get round to playing it until I get home (only another 4 hours to go) - and I believe I still have to wait until it's decoded before I can actually PLAY it

Well that wasn't too hard to beat... single and multiplayer done in 11 hours of gameplay, and i was taking my time (with lunch in the middle of it).

Wellp, I just finished Portal 1. I don't have the greatest sense of direction, though, I can go back and play the levels that confused me when I started the game some of them really do still elude me. Had to use several walkthroughs, images/youtube to figure the game out. Pretty awesome.
