added path relinking to the following emulators:
rpcs3, xemu, dolphin beta, dolphin

if the drive letter changes it can find what it changed to and update the paths for the emulator

based off some code i used for path relinking for obs

basically was setting up these emus for my boss and i wanted to make a script that automatically updated the paths to rom dumps if the drive letter changed since theyd be changing systems often
