I don't know.....I don't find it funny at all. A kid with serious physical problems is enjoying a song he seems to love. It's actually kinda cute in a strange way. It's obvious he knows ALL the words and likes the song a lot. He did a VERY good job of lip-sinking the tune.....better than some (supposed) pro's I've seen. I don't see the funny here.

He's making the best of his limitations and you have to credit him for that at least.
