If I buy a copy of the game today, will it bring the 3.0 update for Switch?

Yes, I made the same way. Bought switch 2.1.0, and Pokken. Inserted and console says to update. I updated and after rebooting I receive 3.0.0.
Checked browser trick with dns all is working.

Yes,for now only the zelda carts with 001 at the back are the ones with 3.0.1 update

I thought the "Zelda v3.0.1" on-cart update was debunked?!?
THIS post said the update notification actually came from the Internet.
THIS post says that v3.0.1 is required to play Zelda, with the "001" cartridge—not that the update is on the cart.

The update is in the cart, some users with the 001 cartigrade on the back got updated to 3.0.1
