Is there any pokesavs or pokegens i can use on the english version of pokemon black with out an action replay?

You mean on a legit game?
Because if you are using a rom you could always just edit the savefile of it directly.
If however you are playing on a legit game, there is a tool to backup savegames that works with Pokemon HG/SS and B/W for most users. You would just need a DS phat or lite and either a wireles connection or a 3in1 Slot2 cart to use it.

Yes im using a legit game, Im using the orginal ds, and i have wireless connection. But i have no idea how to backup savegames and i have no idea what a 3in1 Slot2 cart is lol.
