Also, if you're cloning Pokemon. You must have them in your party to be able to change their stats. Btw, the Pokemon I uploaded are under the name LesLe. Also, trust me that the cloned Pokemon are exactly the same as my Pokemon Silver one. *Godly Tyranitar*

Correct me if I'm wrong but as long as you put in the accurate Ivs, Evs, Nature, and Level, won't the game automatically calculate the correct stats? I don't think you need to edit the stats by hand.

Well, I did try Pal Parking my clones into my game, however, all the stats for each Pokemon dropped. I have a feeling though, that it might be because it had proteins and such. I don't believe there was EVs back in Pokemon Silver and Gold. So I had to take them into my party and change their stats one by one. I'm not quite sure if this is the case for everyone.
BTW: My Tyranitar's stats are suppose to be Lvl 100 / HP 366 / Atk 358 / Def 306 / Spd 207 o.o / Sp.Atk 265 / Sp.Def 275. It might be lowered if you happen to load it storage, so I'm not quite sure.

Edit: The stats do lower when you load it into your storage. I'll have to look into it. I'll upload them if I get them working again.

Edit2: Alright, Just had to play with the EVs until the stats were perfect again. The 3 Pokemon are uploaded from my party, So you could always upload them into your party. Have Fun!

Haha, well, there is a garchomp which someone uploaded which is hacked for sure... It has full EVs and IVs and the ribbons too. But Most of them aren't warez.
