Gaming Pokemon Y doesn't run "broken game"

When I'm trying to run Pokemon Y I see only this:

What can I do? I use sky3DS on my 3DS LL
On online chat somebody said that means: "this is broken and read the relevant instruction manual for the detail"
I tried 2 files from different sources so why is it?

"The save data is corrupted. Please check the operation manual for more information."

You can hold a specific button combination to wipe the save data.
Press Up + B + X simultaneously from the title screen, this is for X/Y but should work for OR/AS too.
