Misc Pokemon X Wonder Trade Problem

Hello
So, i've bougth Pokemon X some days ago, and, everything works well, until i used the online features.

i wanna try the wonder trade feature, and nothing, always get the same error.



in my house, my ISP use Wireless Solution to the final client, with 10/5 MB connection, also, i work on this ISP. so i've access to the network configuration and other things.

so, in my house, with my ISP, online functionality doesn´t work, by the way, using DSL or 3g connection i have no problems at all.

already try to set network configs on 3DS, like, IP, DNS and gateway, tried DMZ, port forwarding, and nothing work.

you guys have some suggestions to solve my problem?

sorry for my bad english, im from brazil, hope i made it undestendable.

Game Freak posted that the 8.1.0 update will fix the online problems.
