So today my Pokemon White Version came...

----------------
I started the game and clicked on NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS...

----------------
When I clicked on NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS, I got this message:

The message says:
"Please configure your connection settings under the Internet option in the System Settings.

For help, visit support.nintendo.com."
---------------
So then I restarted my NDSi and set up my internet settings under advance setup. I couldn't set up my internet under the common setup b/c my router has WPA encryption.
After that, I went back in the game and got the same message.

I heard that Pokemon White had WPA support so I bought the game.

Can anyone help me connect the game to my wifi?

Just don't worry about that. I'm thinking it's because the servers are down and the game knows it so you can't do it via that menu. But I connected to my WPA router just fine to get the liberty ticket. So just wait it out.

I can confirm WPA connection works.

How long has it been since you were able to connect to Nintendo WFC? Any ideas on when the servers will be back up?

I did add it as an addition connection but when I went to the game and clicked on NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS, I still get this message:

"Please configure your connection settings under the Internet option in the System Settings.

For help, visit support.nintendo.com."

It turns out that all you need to do when you are using a router with WFC encryption is download the liberty pass via wfc and then you will automatically connect from then on. You don't need to set up a connection while in the game.
