You can't just say "How do I make my own pokemon hack with logo and everything".
There's so much stuff you have to do that it just makes you look weird when you say that.
You firstly have to learn how to properly edit some of the game's content, such as Overworld Sprites, Mugshots, Front/Back Trainer Sprites, Text, and more.
There are many tutorials out there to help.

I have 3 so far, if you want you can watch them.

Anyone know of a good site that has quality information on the topic of B/W hacking? I might want to dabble as well, just haven't found anything organized on a place dedicated to that stuff like PokeCommunity.

weell i know how edit mugshots sprites and oveworld... i have kazo tools cristal tile tinke and some programs more

The problem is that i read in some places than the logo is in a directory with nitroexplorer i extract the 6.narc file (supposed to have the logo) but i open it with tinge and i only see developed with gamefreak.... no logo D:

ProjectPokemon.org is the only site that actually caters to B/W hacking. PokeCommunity is too consumed with Gen 3 to even care.
