There is an RPGMXP interpreter for Android. It is possible for sure to code one for the 3DS, more so if the source for that were available

It's an interpreter for the XP version meant to run on linux, and could possibly be ported to the 3ds?

well, what a surprise. A port request thread that could happen. Not sure about how legal this is, as this game was taken down by nintendo, and I'm fairly sure uranium wasn't even open source to begin with. But either way, this would be awesome

A port of this game to 3ds isn't happening. It would take years to port, and people just don't have the time to spend a year porting a game designed to be run on a pc (which still has some performance issues) to a n3ds with much worse hardware than an average computer (don't call me out on this, I know there is no such thing as " an average pc." pretend this means some mid range cpu with some subpar-decent gpu).
