No you won't find a full translation of many if any gbc roms.

as far as I know, there has been no 100% translation of the game. That's probably why they said GL. I went looking for a translation to it quite a few years ago when I was hooked on the first, but no such luck.

Anyways, maybe it's been translated in the last year or so without me even knowing, so hopefully someone else has more info.
