Well I have the program called Freeset (for OC) but, when inside the program, it doesn't recognize any command (I can only quit the program with the home button)

Freeset or Freebird? btw just use sys-clk, it's the best OC tool now (and search for sys-clk editor to edit your OC profile directly in your switch)

How do I solve this problem?

Edit: Also Edizon (which was preinstalled with the Kosmos package) doesn't recognize any input

just wait for the dev update it... my temporary solution is open sys-clk editor then press + to exit, after that those apps will recognize my inputs again...
