Disabling Dynamic Resolution in Breath of the Wild in handheld

This is something which I thought it would be so easy to find I'm actually surprised I can't seem to find it after searching for it. Is there anywhere I can find a patch, .IPS or equivalent for disabling dynamic resolution in Breath of the Wild? I only have a Switch Lite and would like to play with the game mostly rendering at 720p. The dynamic scaling can get really distracting.

I'll try this out more thoroughly later, but I think it worked! I only picked the one which disabled dynamic res and later tried improved LOD as well. From fumbling around in the System Monitor it seems like it keeps locked on 720p, so thanks!
