ROM Hack [REQUEST] Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition - 720p patch

I wanted to know if anyone is or would be interested in creating a mod or patch for Hyrule Warriors on Nintendo Switch that would make the game render at 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080 in handheld mode. I found a mod on this page that does this, but it breaks the game's UI. So I wanted to know if anyone has the necessary knowledge to make the engine's 3D resolution render the game at 1280x720 in handheld mode, but keep the UI at 1920x1080 so as not to break the UI? I don't know if it would be too complex to do or if there would be an easier method.

This is to greatly improve performance in handheld mode, since it can't maintain a stable 30fps (or more). and I tried the 720p mod (breaks the UI) and the game still looked great and ran better but the UI was broken, so I would love for someone to create a mod or patch for the game

As someone who only has a Switch Lite, I'd love this as well. (What do you mean about broken UI, btw?)

Because there's already a mod that makes the game render at 1280 x 720 instead of 1920 x 1080 on Nintendo Switch, and you gain about 10-15fps, but the pause mode interface, the UI while playing, and the entire interface in general become too small, making it impossible to read or properly see certain elements.
