Any idea if it's possible to have a the right stick controlled camera enabled in all places?
I mean the camera from the wild areas.

There might be a way, but I'm pretty sure you would see graphic glitches and missing textures as you're not supposed to look at things from certain angles.

Pretty much what's said a post above. If the game restricts your camera view, there's generally a very good reason for that.

I remembered when i playing pokemon black/white, a cheat code can rotate the camera and I found no issue with that.
You won't get any benefit and actually bit confusing but it's cooooooooooool.
