Why did the price of 3ds shoot up ?

i have seen some 3ds are more then a switch now or 2 3ds for a switch 2.. why did the price for them shoot up like crazy

Hello. I am in search of somebody who can help me evolve my Kadabra. Also, if possible I would appreciate teaching it Psychic by TM if you have it. Please consider, as I have nowhere else to turn since none of my friends have the game yet.
