Homebrew Pokemon SoulSilver wont read .sav

I start Pokemon SoulSilver and save but when I try to play later
it doesnt read the .sav file it just starts from the beginning. Can someone help?


BTW: Im using an Acekard 2i with AKAIO 1.6 RC1


UPDATE: I figured it out the .sav needs to be 1mbyte

try deleting the sav file and letting it make a new one. i don't know much about acekard so i don't know the problem.

i am not responsible for any lost data or otherwise that results from this method

My gam freeses when i load it. I dropped it in the toilet before installing pokemon heart golden, is this relate

Exactly.

Make sure the ROM and SAV are the same name. For example if the rom is named Poke Heart Gold Translated.nds the .SAV should be Poke Heart Gold Translated.sav.
If the ROM is Pokemon is uber pro.nds the .SAV should be Pokemon is uber pro.SAV
