Hacking Pokemon soulsilver FREEZE!!!

hi guys! my problem i started playin pokemon SS and after i choose my gender of my caracter and my name then when i finished this and beginning to start the game.. its freezing but the music is still goes on.. i mean.. WTF? I HAVE THE LATEST RETROS UPDATE (6.49). Someone plz help me. i really want to play this game!!!!
