Hacking Pokemon Soul Silver doesn't load

I have the newest loaders, but Soul Silver doesn't want to load for me when I load it through Xenon++'s WAIO. I have the newest Touchpod loaders, which is what, for those who don't know, WAIO uses. Soul Silver works when I open it using Sakura or Touchpod.

Also, is there a way to auto run waio.nds? I tried using defaultn.nds and boot.ini, but it didn't work since they don't seem to recognize it as homebrew.

Not only nds.m3loader.nds but also nds.inilink.nds + touchpod combo didn't work...
