ok I been asking this question all day some yes and some no ......I need to know are user being ban using freeshop Pokémon SnMN

What's the question?

Is it the title, "Pokemon Sun/Moon Safe To Play?"
or the post, "are users being banned from freeshop Pokemon Sun/Moon"?

Granted you're from anywhere but Europe that Nintendo releases Pokemon in, it should be safe, assuming you also have a legitimate copy (not even sure if a "legitimate" eshop freeshop copy is needed but I'd use one to be safe)

So in short don't go online with freeshop download

Nobody knows, we don't know what information they are using to ban us, I'm personally gambling and using the freeshop version online and its all good so far.
EDIT: also i'm in New Zealand and it is released here.

Yes we do. consoles that used gamefreaks servers before the release were banned. anyone that didn't use the online features in sun and moon, even if the 3ds was online, didn't receive the ban.

I doubt the people given pre release copies to review were permabanned, they must have had a way to filter them from the others, header perhaps?

EDIT: I seeeeeee

Personally, I think it's safe to play the game online (from a CIA file), if the game has already been released in your region.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is one of the few moments that there have been bans (and pretty strong ones, too) that is associated with installed CIA files.
If Nintendo could ban people who downloaded the game through methods like CIA and ticket installation (freeshop mostly), I'm almost positive that they would have done that a long time ago, especially for popular games.
My best guess is that when people were seen online when the game wasn't out yet, then obviously, Nintendo knows what's going on; thus the ban. Anything outside of that, I think you're safe.
It's odd cause that's sorta good for us, but I'd suspect things to be more secured on their end.
Then again, don't think I'm being certain about this. It's just my personal opinion in this case.

I'm in Europe (France) and i played online with the freeshop version yesterday and for the moment i'm not ban at all. Besides, a lot of people in France have already bought the game legitly and go online with it, so i don't think Nintendo will ban everyone of them.

Has anyone heard of bans for people using the freeshop version? (version 16/32 rather than the leaked version 0)
No. but the freeshop version would look no different then a bought eshop one on their servers. installed software uses the console for its header info, no matter how it's installed.
