ROM Hack Pokemon SMD EUR NTR Plugin for EXP?

Like the title says, im searching a Pokemon SMD Plugin for EXP Cheats (some more also if working ^^).
Hope someone have enough experience to create something like this.

well, since an USA and JPN cheats plugin already exist it won't be too hard to port to EUR

i mean, probably the USA and jpn author( @ioritree ) might port it someday.
