ROM Hack Pokemon shiny from DSlite to Switch

Hi
I have a Nintendo DS light with Pokémon SS and WV, I wold like make shiny my Pokémon with pkhex or other software and transfer them on my Pokémon sword. There is some way for do that? I also have R4 cartridge empty if needed

i dont know much about the ds lite, but if you can dump your save to transfer it in your pc, then you can use pkhex to make it shiny, you just got to open the program, open the savefile, and select the pokemon you wish to make shiny, then in the stats qil be a little star than you can toogle to make it shiny:

afterwards you save your file (or just the pokemon), and use pkhex to open your pokemon sword save file, and transfer the pokemon(s) you saved before.
Sorry if i wasn't clear enough, there are a lot of guides, just look up how to use pkhex.
