So can someone explain to me in steps as to how i go about using the new encounter code? Doesnt seem to work for me on ryujinx when im with the my current cheats config

Code Patches don't work like Memory Patches.

Enable "Encounter Mod On" then disable it (it stays active since it patched a code).
Then enable "Encounter Item Masterball" and all encounters should have a Masterball.

Code patches always need a "Off" code, because they stay active after disabling them.

I don't specifically remember each location (I only used Cheat Engine out of desperation since nobody was making a working cheat that works on Ryujinx). What I do remember is having 3 or 4 in my inventory after exploring Area 1 for an hour or longer

Its been a while since I used CT.

I can't think of anything in particular as I'm a noob myself, but I would recommend using the latest version (7.4) and attaching cheat engine to a process rather than a window or application. My first attempt at using it failed as I attached it to Ryujinx window and I found 100,000,000 results and next few scans gave me 0 results. My second attempt was immediately a success after re-attaching cheat engine to the Ryujinx process. Also, all items in your inventory are of the 4 byte value type, so make sure to set it to 4 byte to get significantly faster scans and less results after scans. Lastly, the best way to scan for the value you're looking for is by giving the item to your Pokemon to hold. The sequence of scanning is like this:
Type value for item ----> First scan ----> Give item to Pokemon ----> Type value for item ----> Next scan ----> Give item to pokemon ----> Type value for item ----> Next scan, until you have about 6 results.

In the screenshots, I am changing the value of Great Balls starting from 21 and working my way down until I have 6 results. Once you have 6 results, add the address on top to your address list either by dragging it down or right clicking. Change the value of that address and you will notice that the value of 2 other addresses at the top will also change along with it. Close your bag menu and re-open it to find the value for that item changed.

Thought I should mention though that anyone planning to transfer these to there pokemon home or to a friend eventually on a legit switch will likely still get flagged and possibly online restricted. As majority of the captured locations in Memories will be incorrect as well as it saying "At the time, this Pokemon was Lv. ?0" in Memories for any captured. These pokemon are best used offline until PkHex gets updated for anyone planning to super buff their legit character on release day.
