This is a great game. Many would disagree. I like it. Yep. So I have my SD backed up, and I'd like to max out my pokediamonds. I found a save editor here--

https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-rumble-world-diamonds-p-tool.386526/

My problem is that I don't have a Gateway, and I really don't intend to use one for anything but this. Is it possible to ask someone on here to take my save (not sure where that would even be in the SD card) and edit my save for me. This is a freemium cashcow game and I would have no problem buying it, but even after you pay $30 (not really worth that), you still don't get infinite diamonds.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

I will Edit it for you but how are you going to put the save file back to your game you will still need a gateway or i will send you the SDCard backup save you can try that by putting the save file on your big sdcard and replace the pokemon rumble world save file. give me your save file bro

I'd love to send you the save, but I don't know where the pokemon rumble world .sav is located. In the SD card, I see these folders:

-DCIM
-FORMAT
-NINTENDO 3DS
-PRIVATE

I assume the save would be in the 3DS folder, but in that folder, I have two random letter folders such as--

-6a1f8f83254019fa083275cfe77bf3e8
-846ac4467b44a5f19d0f6f9bdb23fd91

I'm not sure how easy this is or even if it's possible. I just though you would edit my save using the tool and the gateway, and I'd copy and replace the original on the SD card. I really have no clue.

The save file that i pointed is the rumble world save file.

Well, I did a full search for that exact number in the Nintendo 3DS folder, and nothing comes up. Perhaps my save is named something different?

Are you using a rom to play the game ? A legit game(downloaded from e-shop) or a cia ?

To be honest, I'm not sure why you're even trying to locate the save file, when you would need the SaveDataFiler to re-import the save file anyway, it's not just copy/paste back and you're good to go, you need to re-import the modified save-file and delete the secure value, for that you require a SaveDataFiler.

But since you need a SDF anyway, you might as well export and edit it yourself.

I have never hacked anything on the 3ds. I am playing the game completely normally with the latest firmware.

whats your 3ds firmware version if your on the lower version then you can use spider arcode on your 3ds without using gateway tools you can hack your games on your sysnand if its on lower version

You can't do that, the save is encrypted for his console only.

Well..perhaps this isn't possible. If it's not, I appreciate you trying pdensco and all of the rest of your replies. Freemium games are just a real pain the arse.

Is that a complicated process? Also, would that effect my 3DS in any other way? I just need some pokediamonds. :-P

its easy to use and it wont harm your 3ds its just like a save editor that works through browser.

Looks cool. Not sure what the QR code stuff is all about or how to get this to work. Never seen a 3DS QR code scanner other than AC: New Leaf. Sorry that I'm completely dumb with this stuff.
