Hello, I'm trying to build some pokemon romhacks into their updates, to have a lightweight installable hack (around 100Mb).

I was able to compiled Star Sapphire and Rutile Ruby just fine but i have some issues with X and Y.
When patching the update code.bin, to address modified garc files (with pppt) i have this error with the garc file 0/1/2 (wild encounters):
I then tried to modify the code.bin of the full rom and copy it into the update before rebuild. It patches correctly but when i try to launch the game, it stucks in a 3ds boot logo loop.
